On October 8th, Fountain Inn’s annual Aunt Het Family Festival is returning for the 39th year. The festival includes rides, food vendors, crafts, and live music. Aunt Het was a character made up by Robert Quillen, Fountain Inn’s infamous journalist. Although she wasn’t a real person, the festival is a tribute in her and Quillen’s honor. This year, Sweet Eats will have its own vendor stand where they will be releasing a new group of candy bar cookies. Sawyer Naturals, an all natural skincare company, will also be selling their products. If you are looking for something to do this Saturday, the Aunt Het Festival would be a great choice!
