Hillcrest is known for its many clubs and extracurricular activities provided for students. With school coming to a close, many honor societies and scholarship positions are waiting to see who turns in hours and applications. If any students are looking to stand out on college and job applications, a great extra credit opportunity would be Beta Club and National Honors Society. Both clubs require members to have good academic standings with the school and be able to be responsible with meeting times and hour requirements. As a reminder for those in these clubs at the moment, all hours are due by May 10th and are needed in order to stay in good standings with the club. All seniors that are in academic standing with the club will receive cords and awards at Senior Awards Night on May 9th.
