After some research on the best horror franchise, the one horror franchise I saw show up the most was the Scream Franchise.
Even though there are about 6 Scream movies, it seems people all over are still loving this movie series.
Not only is it keeping people’s interest by keeping a ghost face, which can be seen in every movie. But also because in every movie there’s a new cast with a whole new murder mystery.
With each new scream movie, there are points where it refers back to one of the 6 scream movies, this keeps fans engaged in the plot and story of the movies because they want to watch all the movies to know the plot and history that flows through each movie.
But even moving away from Scream, you can still see Ghostface in many other scary movies, for example, Scary Movie which was released in the 2000s.
Scary Movie gathered a lot of Scream fans because of the killer Ghostface premiering in this comedy-horror movie.
