Hillcrest High School’s student body participated in a clubwalk during all lunches last week. Rampage was there with their own table handing out PopTarts. The sugary breakfast treats were mixed up and the standard aluminum wrapper guaranteed each student got a random Tart – good or bad.
Students were pictured opening their PopTarts in front of the crowded table. Some were disgusted, some excited, others confused and bewildered at the flavors. Some students explained the taste in vivid detail while others took one bite and refused to eat the rest. This was expected because some flavors included the savory Cherry Pie and Blueberry while some, rather unfortunate, students were stuck with Eggo Waffle or Banana Bread.
Some fan favorites were expected, Chocolate Fudge especially, while others came out of left field like Apple Jacks. In retrospect, they were both sugary breakfast foods so it makes some sense. Either way, the student body got to experience the world of PopTarts at lunch last week and it was a massive success.
PopTarts flavors included: Eggo Waffle, Cherry Pie, Chocolate Fudge, Blueberry, Boston Cream Donut, Apple Jacks, Smores, and Banana Bread.
