Recently the “Super Mario Bros Movie” hit theaters, and in less than a month it already gained 888.5 million dollars in box office revenue. Which leads to the question, what is next for Hollywood movies? People are leading away from movies that were just made for cash grabs and heading off into the world of video games. The hit show “The Last of Us” recently finished airing and many critics are saying it ranks among the all-time greatest video game adaptations. This is another form of mainstream video games hitting the large screen as movies or TV shows.
