A new trend has arose from TikTok: bacon-wrapped pickles. This unusual appetizer has taken the stage as a controversial food among the community with its sour, yet smokey flavor. Some have said that it is a delectable treat only to be eaten on special occasions. Others have said that it is just plain gross! In my opinion, pickles and bacon by themselves are delicious but having them together is just a disaster waiting to happen. The only time when this is okay is on a bacon cheeseburger, where the pickles merge with all of the other toppings. For me, the combination of smells from both foods is disgusting and creates a displeasing odor. The taste is fine at first but then proceeds to have an unpleasant aftertaste. After sampling, I would not recommend this appetizer to anyone who wants good tasting food, nor will I be trying it ever again. This is, in fact, a YEET!
